Charity of the year 2024

The Gorilla Cafe CC Charity of the Year for 2024 is KINGS HEATH FOOD BANK . Each week these volunteers help over 100 people in need with donations of non perishable food, cleaning products, toiletries and sanitary products. Their hours of operation - from 240 Alcester rd south, B14 6DR - are Fridays 9.30-11.30am , and Saturdays 11-12.30. They help anyone who needs a bag of food in Kings Heath and the surrounding areas. We hope that we can help them by collecting money for them from our club events throughout the year, by raising awareness of their great work through our social media channels, and by donating every Thursday before our club rides . So if you’re coming down on a Thursday, put a tin in your jersey pocket and pop it in our donation box before your ride.
